At Spells Mobile Notary, we offer transparent and competitive pricing for all your notarization needs throughout Middle Georgia. Our fees are straightforward, with a standard $2 per notarization stamp and additional travel and service fees based on location and special circumstances. Whether you need mobile notary services at a public location, office, or healthcare facility, we’re committed to providing convenient, professional, and reliable service.

1. Standard Notarization Fees
$2 per notarial act (per stamp), as mandated by the State of Georgia.
Applies to each individual signature requiring notarization.

2. Administrative Fees
The $25 Administrative fee covers the time and resources required to prepare for your appointment, manage documentation, confirm scheduling, and coordinate any custom services. These fees are in addition to the state-mandated notarization fee.

Prices may vary depending on witness or documentation needs. If your notarization requires multiple signers, special handling, complex documents, or additional coordination (such as witnesses or facility visits), the administrative fee may exceed $25. Please contact us directly to request a custom quote based on your specific needs.
3. Travel & Dispatch Fees
We charge a travel fee in addition to the standard notarization fee. Fees vary by county:
Houston County: $30
Bibb/Macon County: $45
Peach County: $40

Other counties may be considered on a case-by-case basis with a mutually agreed travel fee.

4. Additional Surcharges
After-Hours (after 7:00 PM): $10
Weekend: $10
Holidays (all federal holidays): $20 (travel fee still applies)
5. Medical Facility Surcharge
For notarizations at hospitals, hospice, or assisted living facilities, there is a flat fee of $25.
Clients are responsible for ensuring patients are alert and notarization is permitted onsite prior to the appointment.

6. Witness Fee
If Spells Mobile Notary provides a witness, the fee is $25 per witness.
Clients may provide their own qualified witness at no additional cost.

7. Booking Deposit (Required)
A $10 non-refundable booking deposit is required to confirm your appointment. This fee secures your time slot and is credited toward your total service cost.
Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
