Welcome to Spells Mobile Notary. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Description

Spells Mobile Notary provides professional mobile notary services throughout Middle Georgia, traveling to your specified location. We are a proud member of the National Notary Association (NNA) and are committed to upholding its professional standards and best practices in every notarization we perform.

2. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. A $10 non-refundable booking deposit is required to confirm your appointment and will be credited toward your total service cost.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will forfeit this deposit.

If the notarization cannot take place for any reason, all applicable fees listed on our pricing page are still due, except for the state-mandated stamp fee.

3. Fees and Payment
Our fees include:

State-mandated notarization fees ($2 per notarial act).
Administrative fees, travel fees, after-hours, weekend, holiday surcharges, facility fees, and witness fees as outlined on our pricing page.
All fees must be paid in full before or at the time of service.

4. Identification Requirements
Clients must present valid government-issued photo identification at the time of notarization, as required by Georgia law.

5. Document Handling
We do not retain the content of notarized documents but may keep records of the type of documents notarized as required by law.

6. Liability Disclaimer
Spells Mobile Notary is not responsible for the legal validity or content of your documents. Our role is strictly to notarize signatures according to Georgia state laws.

7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of any changes.
